For access, members will need a silver TUAA validation sticker to be applied to their Trent University Staff card, or a valid myTrent account, depending on the service. TUARP is affiliated with the College and University Retiree Association of Retired People (CURAC). Their webpage contains useful information on ongoing issues and includes newsletters and conference reports.

Many digital resources available to Trent University employees are also available to retirees including lifelong access to your myTrent email, free secure cloud file storage (up to 1 terabyte of data!), free MS suite software license, free LinkedIn Learning access, account monitoring and more. TUARP is happy to provide its members with updates about the University Pension Plan Ontario (UPP). The UPP 2021 Annual Report provides a snapshot of UPP’s first six operating months from July 1 to December 31, 2021, as well as key financial statements and other important disclosures. The Climate Action Plan is the UPP’s formal commitment and pathway for achieving a net-zero greenhouse gas emissions portfolio by 2040 or sooner.
