Tuesday April 4
2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Casey House is a specialty hospital that provides ground-breaking care to people living with and at risk of HIV. Volunteers will help assemble harm reduction kits, a valuable task as demand for these services has become more essential with the convergence of the overdose crisis, housing crisis, and the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a great opportunity to learn more about programs and practices that aim to minimize the negative impacts of drug use while promoting judgement-free access to healthcare.
