As a Trent Graduate, your Grad Perks provide access to multiple coverage options that include Health, Dental, Prescription Drugs, Accident, Travel, Virtual Doctors, Rx Delivery, Discount Eye Wear and more.
For Canadian Alumni: How do I know which health and dental plan I should apply for? Green Shield Canada (GSC) Link Plan or Green Shield Canada (GSC) Zone Plan?
LINK PLAN – For alumni, who were as students, enrolled on the Trent Member Benefits through Student VIP in the year leading up to their graduation, and are within 90 days of plan termination (August 31st of year you graduate). You are eligible to obtain continued coverage through the Green Shield LINK Plan with no medical evidence required. For complete details visit the website
ZONE PLAN – For alumni, who are looking for a Health and Dental coverage, and who are more than 90 days after graduation (August 31st of the year you graduate) can apply for the Green Shield ZONE plan. A short medical questionnaire will be required. For complete details visit the Zone Plan website
INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS STAYING IN CANADA AFTER GRADUATION - Allianz Global Assistance, through Student VIP offers an International Health Plan for international students who have graduated and are staying in Canada.
