Alumni Card Request Form

Your Trent University Alumni Card allows you to take advantage of alumni benefits, including discounts at the Trent Bookstore and Athletics Centre, access to online and in-person Library Services, attendance at special alumni events, and Head of the Trent perks.

Your Trent University Student or Staff Card becomes your Alumni Card by applying a silver alumni verification sticker provided in your Convocation Alumni Gift. If you have your Trent University card but need a silver sticker, please email your name and mailing address to alumni@trentu.ca. To request an Alumni Card, please fill in the information below:
